You will receive your choice of a S, M, L or XL Golden Sheen Obsidian Tumbled Stone. The Small are between 1/2-3/4", Medium are between 3/4- 1", the L are between 1 and 1 1/2" and the XL are between 1 1/2-1 3/4 inches. These are natural stones and therefore vary in color, sheen, shape, and size. As Grade B, there may be some natural scuffs, dents, and imperfections. Some may not have much sheen. You may not receive the exact stone pictured because it is an example of our inventory, but I will choose the best available stone in the size that you order. Each order will be Reiki charged and will come with a decorative bag.
Obsidian is a glassy, silica rich rock formed from fast cooling lava with a hardness of 5 to 5.5. The color in obsidian varies, depending on impurities in the parent lava formation. Golden Sheen Obsidian is a brown to black stone that has air bubbles in-between its layers. When light reflects through the layers a Golden Sheen can be seen on the surface of this crystal. The chatoyancy in this Gold Sheen Obsidian is created by gas bubbles trapped in the lava as it cools.
