The sizes are measured in length. These are natural stones, therefore, may have some imperfections and vary in size, shape, width, thickness, color, flash, and pattern. Please choose whether you would like a rainbow flash or no flash from the menu. I inspect each stone for a rainbow flash. All that are labeled "with rainbow" have a flash. Not all will have a large flash, some are tiny and on the end or side only. They are best found with a bright light or in sunlight, then after located they are easier to find. I will choose the best specimen for you at the time of your order.

Rainbow Moonstone aka White Labradorite, is not technically moonstone, but the transparent form of labradorite, a closely related feldspar mineral with sheen in a variety of iridescent colors. It is white with black inclusions and exhibits a blue or multicolored adularescence. This Rainbow Moonstone originated in India.
