The sizes are measured in length. These are raw, natural stones, and may have some slight imperfections. These vary in width, length, thickness, and deepness of color. Some are flatter, and some are round or oblong. I will choose the best specimen for you at the time of your order.

Sedona Red Rock Sandstone, aka Sedonalite, are an orange to reddish sandstone, consisting of ancient limestone and iron oxide. It was deposited as costal sand dunes in the Sedona, AZ area 330 million years ago. The resulting beautiful rock formations, mountains, and cliffs are said to contain energetic vortexes that are conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration. These are places where the earth seems especially alive with energy. Sedona Red Rock Sandstone often form concretions, which may be in round, pebble, or oval shape, or random shapes such as the ones you see here.
